My friend asked me, "Tell me, what comes to your mind when the word ‘Jew’ is mentioned? Or ‘Jewish nation’ is spoken?" I was taken aback and felt indignant. After all the bad things I heard people say about them, I always knew what I was going to say.
But later in life, and from then on, I decided to think for myself.
Something kind of out-of-the-box thinking. I studied a bit more about
them.Until today...
To me, the Jewish people, Israel, is the epicenter of the world. The Jewish nation is the heart and soul of the earth’s people-community . Changing the world with peace and unity. Try to remove them, we kill our own freedom to the life of blessing the King of the universe had promised to Abraham. To try to break them is to withdraw ourselves from the overflow of life from Israel to all the earth.
Here’s what the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob said: “I will bless those who bless you. And the one who curses you, I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Why did God commit this responsibility to our patriarch, Avraham of Israel?
Our Jewish friends are not alone any longer. Israel’s Christian friends and supporters around the world are beginning to see and understand our need for our praying Jews who have been interceding for all the nations of the earth for God's mercy and peace for us. We now see and understand the heart of God when He spoke of Israel’s King David, “David, affter My own heart.”
We are beginning to see and understand the futility of anti-Semitism and demonization of Israel by the media, the uselessness of hate and the sad end of these haters of Israel. We work hard toward standing with Israel no matter what the media and governments may do.
I believe the heavens’ gates will pour out multitude of blessings when we bless Israel—the heart and soul of the earth.
Eretz Yisrael, thank you!
